Jo Nesbø (NO)

The Norwegian Jo Nesbø is one of the world’s most popular authors. He is particularly famous for his Harry Hole series, which he has sold tens of millions of copies of worldwide. Fans are now desperately waiting for the 14th instalment. Nesbø is also known as a musician and mountain climber. He became a full-time writer after he published his debut novel The Bat (1997, Finnish translation 2001). Nesbø’s books have scooped awards from the start of his writing career, winning the admiration of both the critics and the reading public. His last visit to Finland was in 2019.
