Max Manner

Max Manner (born 1965) is known for his intensely atmospheric crime novels, and one of the favourite characters is the fifty-something Turku policeman Harri Hirvikallio. “Harha”, part seven in the Hirvikallio series, which was published in August 2024, won the Clue of the Year Award from the Finnish Whodunnit Society. Manner is a member of International Thriller Writers, and his hobbies include motorcycles, travel and searching for palatable red wines.
