Satu Rämö

Satu Rämö (born 1980) is the Iceland-based author of the Hildur series of novels, which has sold over a million copies globally. Translation rights for the series have been sold to over 20 countries. The Hildur series has been adapted for stage in the Turku City Theatre and for a TV series shot on location in Iceland which will premiere in 2026. The fifth instalment, “Tinna”, will be published in October 2025. Satu Rämö’s hobbies include powerlifting and running.
